Shipping, returns and privacy

Email info@justfresh.co — we aim to reply within two business days. It's the fastest way to reach us about an order, a return or anything on the site.

JustFresh is published and operated by JustFreshKicks, LLC. Include your order number if you have one, and a photo if something arrived wrong.

Apparel is made to order. Production takes about 2–5 business days, and delivery within the United States usually takes another 3–7 business days after that. Both are estimates — carrier delays happen.

Any shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We currently ship within the United States, and you'll get tracking by email once your order ships.

Every item is printed for your order, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. If you're unsure about sizing, email us before you buy and we'll send the garment's measurements.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email info@justfresh.co within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you. The same goes if you receive the wrong item, or if a package is confirmed lost in transit.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Email us within 24 hours of ordering. If production hasn't started, we can change the size or address, or cancel and refund the order. Once an item is in production it can't be cancelled, because it's already being made for you.

If you buy something, we receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. Payment is handled by Stripe — card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. Your name and address go to our print partner only to make and ship your order.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address goes to Kit, the service that keeps our list and sends the emails. Kit records whether each email is opened and which links are clicked. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

If you're just reading, there's no account to create and no advertising trackers. Bookmarks and drop reminders are saved in your own browser on your device, and never sent to us. Our host keeps standard server logs.

We don't sell your information. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email info@justfresh.co.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We may change prices and products at any time, and may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or was listed at an obviously wrong price.

Checkout runs over HTTPS and is processed by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 payment processor.
