The North Face and Cecilie Bahnsen's fourth collection together launches on Thursday, November 5, at thenorthface.com and select retailers, the Danish designer announced on Instagram. Her own site gets it first: members of the Cecilie Bahnsen loyalty programme have 72 hours of early access from November 2 at 10am CET, ahead of the global launch.
This chapter is darker than the last. Cecilie Bahnsen describes it as midnight navy and black, with her floral details moved into the trims and the hardware of classic outerwear. Cecilie Bahnsen's collaboration page doesn't list the pieces or prices yet: it still reads Coming Soon, and notes that the collection can't be shipped to South Korea.
PAUSE Magazine, which says the capsule was first shown on Bahnsen's Fall/Winter 2026 runway in Paris, lists seven pieces in TNF Black and Midnight Sky. A cropped Lucia Nuptse Short Jacket leads, with a Sofia Insulated Crew Neck Top, a Symone Dotknit Top, a Meghan Small Crevasse Cinch Bag and an Amalia Waist Pack. The other two are shoes, a Verto Alpine Mid boot and a ThermoBall mule.
The campaign was shot by Pia Riverola on Copenhagen's Refshaleøen, with art direction by moon_intl. The athletes Iris Pham and Molly Thompson-Smith are cast alongside models, and the brand frames it as a portrait of women outdoors together: running across a gravel flat, walking a hillside in full skirts, climbing an old pylon with a pack in hand. One backpack in the campaign, covered in navy flower appliqués and fastened with flower-shaped buckles, shows the florals in practice.
Four chapters in
The third chapter, for Spring/Summer 2026, was presented at Bahnsen's own show in Paris in autumn 2025: seven pieces built around modular ripstop, a jacket whose sleeves come off to make a gilet, and a floral print that ran through her whole collection, plus a sandal-shoe hybrid. The North Face's design director David Whetstone called that the third season of the partnership, which makes this winter's the fourth.
The direction is the story. Last time the florals were printed across the fabric, in a lighter, warmer-weather collection; this time they've moved into the details of navy and black winter gear, so it looks closer to The North Face's own outerwear than the last chapter did. Running the early access through Bahnsen's own loyalty programme, three days before The North Face's launch, also puts her customers first in line. What neither brand has published yet is the prices.
