WACKO MARIA Puts Leopard Collars on Lee and Wrangler Jackets, Out November 7

WACKO MARIA's next Fall/Winter 2026 delivery goes on sale on Saturday, November 7, and two American denim names are in it. The Tokyo label's news page, posted on November 3, lists a Lee Denim Storm Rider at ¥64,900 and a Wrangler Corduroy Wrange Jacket at ¥66,000 among 28 pieces, in its own stores and at its stockists from November 7, and on its online store from 12:00 JST that day, which is 10pm Eastern on Friday, November 6. It ships worldwide.

In WACKO MARIA's photos of the black versions, both jackets get leopard collars. The Lee is black denim with a leopard-print pile collar, the leopard running down the inside of the placket; it also comes in indigo. The Wrangler is black or beige cotton corduroy, its label reading "Wrangler Wrange Coat".

Leopard runs through much of the delivery. There's a Reversible Leopard Boa Fleece Jacket at ¥74,800 in beige, blue or purple, a Leopard Faux Fur Car Club Jacket at ¥90,200 and plain faux fur versions at ¥95,700 and ¥86,900, and an Alpaca Boa N-1 Deck Jacket at ¥121,000, the most expensive piece, next to a plain N-1 at ¥82,500. Knitwear is cashmere: a cardigan at ¥82,500 and a sweater at ¥71,500. Washed heavyweight sweats run ¥34,100 to ¥39,600 in charcoal, brown, dark green and red. Accessories go from a ¥7,700 watch cap through a 180cm leopard Throwket blanket at ¥19,800 and a Grip Swanky leather G-1 glove at ¥20,900 to a run of Speak Easy bags and pouches at ¥9,900 to ¥33,000.

Separately, the same day WACKO MARIA is selling a small run of its WOLF'S HEAD collaboration, first released at INSPIRATION TOKYO, only at its own shops (PARADISE TOKYO and its shops inside Isetan Shinjuku and Hankyu Yurakucho) and online from 12:00 JST. The jeans and jackets run from ¥49,500 to ¥297,000 for the Scar Wolf jeans.

A leopard collar on a Lee Storm Rider fits a delivery with leopard on its fleece, faux fur, blanket and bags, and the label has been busy: this comes a week after its Champion Reverse Weave collab. The timing on the Lee side is a coincidence worth noting. On November 3, Authentic Brands Group said it had completed its purchase of Lee's intellectual property from Kontoor Brands, so the Storm Rider goes on sale four days after Lee changed hands; Authentic has named four regional licensees among its partners so far. WACKO MARIA gives prices in yen only, and hasn't said whether its stockists outside Japan will carry the delivery.
