Palace's Living Proof Drop Puts Camo and Barbed Wire on Hoods, Balaclavas and Gloves, Out November 6

Palace's drop this Friday is called Living Proof, and it's built for the cold. Palace's page for it shows a zip hood, a balaclava and a pair of gloves, each in two versions: woodland camouflage with yellow Palace branding, or black covered in a grey barbed-wire print. With them come a T-shirt in navy, white and black carrying a black-and-white photo print on the chest, and a skateboard deck with a black-and-white portrait and the Tri-Ferg.

The hoods carry the drop's name in a stacked collegiate arch, LIVING over the Palace wordmark over PROOF, and the balaclavas have the Palace logo on the side. Palace announced it on Instagram on Sunday, November 1, and gave the dates the next day with a short film, signing it off with a pun of its own, "NUN BETTER".

When and where

It launches on Friday, November 6: at 11am GMT in the UK, in store and online, and at Dover Street Market London; 12pm CET online in Europe; 11am EST online in the U.S. and Canada (8am PST) and in Palace's New York store; and 11am PST in Palace's Los Angeles store and at Dover Street Market Los Angeles. Australia, Japan, Dover Street Market Ginza, Korea, China, Hong Kong and Singapore follow on Saturday, November 7. Palace hasn't published prices yet.

Palace doesn't say who or what Living Proof is, and the page credits no partner, so treat the name as the drop's theme until it does. What's here is cold-weather kit sold on its graphics, with the barbed-wire version the more unusual of the two. It lands a day after Palace x Burberry opens the new London shop on Poland Street, which is the week's bigger story; Living Proof is the one most people outside London can actually buy.
