Palace and Nike Mark a Year of Manor Place With an Anniversary Collection, Out October 30

Palace and Nike are marking the first year of Manor Place, the free skate and football space they run in South London, with a collection. Palace's post on October 26 calls it "SPECIAL ANNIVERSARY BITS" and lists the launch: Friday, October 30, online in the UK, the EU, the US and Canada, in store at Manor Place on the Friday and Saturday only, at Dover Street Market London in store and online, and in store in New York, Los Angeles and Dover Street Market Los Angeles.

Asia and Australia follow a day later. On Saturday, October 31, it launches online in Australia, in store and online in Japan and Korea, at Dover Street Market Ginza, in store and on WeChat in China, and in store in Hong Kong and Singapore. Palace hasn't posted prices or times for any region.

Palace's ten photos, shot by cassiaagy, one of Manor Place's residents, show football kit before anything else. There's a teal hooded zip jacket with orange panels, and a big orange Swoosh and MANOR PLACE across the back; a dark grey patterned football shirt with orange trim, and football tops in orange and in teal; black shorts and track pants with teal panels; a black hooded top with teal side panels; a black long-sleeve top; Swoosh beanies and a cap; and a grey hoodie with the Palace Tri-Ferg and a Swoosh. Most pieces carry a round Manor Place crest with the Palace name under it. No footwear appears in the post.

A year of Manor Place

Nike announced Manor Place with Palace on October 31, 2025, and opened it to the public on November 11 at 33 Manor Place, in a building from 1895. Nike's release describes three parts: The Park and The Cage, a skatepark over an underground football cage; The Front Room, for showing London artists; and The Residency, studio space for young creatives, all free and open six days a week. Manor Place's own account has spent this October on what that looks like in practice, with artists' shows in its space and a free-books weekend in The Park, and it's throwing "Manor Mania: The One Year Jam" on October 31, the day after the collection lands.

Most brand spaces get a launch and then go quiet; this one gets a collection a year in, which tells you Palace and Nike see it as something to keep building rather than a one-off. Putting the venue's crest on football shirts and jackets also turns Manor Place into a club, at least on paper, and sells its kit worldwide, from London to Seoul. It lands in a busy stretch for Palace: its Winter 2026 Friday drops have run since the season's launch on October 2, and its new London shop is coming on November 5. What's missing for buyers is the price list and the US online time, neither of which Palace has posted yet.
